Paseos is a beautiful community just outside the Northern border of Abacoa in Jupiter, FL. Since it’s not part of Abacoa, homeowners appreciate a lower monthly HOA, similar to Egret Landing. The location is still very convenient and close to both Abaco and shopping in the Palm Beach Gardens area. A brand new Publix just opened less than 2 miles away from Paseos.
Paseos is a great family community with several homes that have lake views. Many of the homes have pools, too. Another distinction from the neighboring communities in Abacoa, is that Paseos only has single family homes. There aren’t any condos townhomes in the community.
