Another Short Sale
Anyone who studies the market as clearly as me, knows the only good deals that are coming on the market are short sales. Short Sales which take eions to approve, short sales in which we are running out of time for. BPO got done on our short sale in Tuscany last Friday here in Jupiter, Short Sale BPO supposed to be done in Frenchmans Reserve today.. Then what, oh I’m sorry a BPO is a cheapened version of an appraisal, the bank hires a startving realtor who doesn’t know the market, hands them $40 and says whatever you say it is worth is the value.. Not the most fair thing in the world, especially considering you really need to know your market to understand value. I have tried selling homes that were not in my area, there is immense studying and knowledge needed to come up with correct value. For $40 its fill in the blank, who cares about that poor schlep who’s been waiting on this house for the last 3 months..
So the good deal homes that sell, Evergrene short sale, Old Palm short sale, and Egret Landing foreclosure. Other then that the market is back on track gaining with every sale, and not looking back at the poor idiots who sold there house and are now watching everything go way up!
