You know that feeling when you go look at a house, and you are filled with hope that this is going to be the one.. I still get that! 30 offers later, no homes to show for it, and a a whole lot of time and energy on me, attorneys and other agents.

Tomorrow I’m going to be checkin out a home, very similar to the home we have a short sale on.. of course $35,000 more. How can I justify $35,000..time of not having to deal with looking at more homes, time not having to deal with having to rent something else, and time just no worrying about where we are going to be living the next month. But then $35,000 is a lot of money, what is my time worth?

So back to where are the Jupiter sellers, are they waiting for me to buy a house, are they waiting for me to get trapped in something I don’t want or don’t truly care for? Or is this Jupiter Florida market picking up and am I going to make a killing on my new home.

If anyone knows the answer, as I don’t want to rush, but I do want to be done.. The very first house I looked at, that sold and we could have had in Whispering Trails.. 3400 sq ft 3 car garage on a half acre on the lake, Where did you go and can I have you back, as I would have been there and loving  you by now..

Ok my rant is over, but what fun would I be if I only talked about Palm Beach Homes and never told you about myself.

Palm Beach Gardens Estate Home

This home would be an  amazing deal for someone willing to wait on a short sale. San Michele is a beautiful gated 90 estate home community. The community offer tennis court and clubhouse. This is one of the largest homes in the community with a beautiful corner lot on a cul da sac. Come and check it out as it has beautiful upgrades and fixtures and could be a steal for the right person here in San Michele in Palm Beach Gardens.

Egret Landing Home did another price drop today. There are currently 3 foreclosures on the market in Egret Landing here in Jupiter. This house is beautiful inside, but has a small yard which backs up to another home..

I think the bank needs to drop another $50,000 to make a sale, but it could be a great deal on a 3000+ sq ft home here in Jupiter, Florida.

So as the market in Evergrene was on fire, I am starting to see a tiny slow down.. Maybe time for me to get my foot in the door, “maybe” if the sellers weren’t so stubborn.. Certain models are definitly beginning to show there popularity as others stay and sit on the market. Evergrene is one of the only communities where you really have to know the miodel so well, other wise you will never be able to determine value. A home “Cypress model” in Evergrene is around 3000 sq ft, but they are selling for signigicantly less then a Stonehaven which is around 3300 sq ft. It doesn’t matter the lot, the view, it just is what it is.

Evergrene was on fire with homes selling as quickly as they were coming on in the last 2 months, but not so much now.. I guess we will see what happens, as each home here in the Palm Beach Gardens Evergrene is so different.

So it’s been 4 months of being in our short sale here in Frenchmans Reserve and ultimatum has been given 2 weeks or we are out… Having 58 days in our beach house left here on Jupiter Island, we are not in any position to wait any longer.

So I will let you know how it goes as we love the community and the house, not so much the bills, but fate will guide this journey.
