You want something bad enough you go get it
Anyone who said finding a home in todays economy was easy has not found a home. Searching for 6 months, was the least fun I have ever had trying to find a home. But I think a decision has finally been made. After calling expired listings, mailing post cards to communities, and lookin on MLS relentlessly, we have finally come to a decision.
Martinique, cute little corner house in the heart of Abacoa. Around 3400 sq ft under air, decent size yard, with no other home to its side.. A great Jupiter neighborhood for the kids to grow up. The only missing item was a third car garage so I guess the new car is out, boohooo.. but those are the sacrifices to live in a beautiful community, on a nice street, with tons of families.
Anyone who listened to my relentless search would know that buying a home is a tough process, they know I am relentless about finding what I want, and work hard at doing so. I give the same service to my clients and am patient for them to find there perfect home. I am just thankful I have never had as horrable client as I am myself.
