Its amazing the amount of increased traffic we have in this area after the New Year. Palm Beach Florida is definitly the place to be. The weather has been amazing, there is so much to do, and so many great places to live. Moving to Abacoa here in Jupiter has been a fun experience for us, we ride our bike to dinner and have gotten to know several of the neighbors. Moving from Tequesta was sad, as we loved living on the river, although I am always up for change.

With the increase of traffic and people down, properties are selling and inventory is still low. Anyone who said buyers market here in Palm Beach isn’t practicing real estate in Palm Beach. I am starting to see a small increase in successful short sale closings as banks might be finally getting there act together. Banks aren’t just giving away properties though, they want market value and nothing less, so short sales aren’t always the best bet although they do take up a huge percentage of the Palm Beach Real Estate inventory.
