I had a lady from the New York Times call me yesterday, asking about Palm Beach and telling me what a great buyer’s market we are in…  Has she been on MLS, has she seen sales vs new, I geve her an ear full… As someone who reports the news she needs to report the truth here, so people don’t come out here with false expectations and think we are not doing our job. There was one new listing in my area all day, Frenchmans Reserve,  and I don’t even know if I would call it a new listing, it was listed the day before, just relisted with a new agent and now a short sale. Yes short sales you can most likely find a deal if you have NO time frame what so ever!! So I don’t know if I would call that a new listing, so NO New Listings on Tuesday so nothing for me to look at or want to buy. Wow hope something comes on today as I just want to find a home and be in and being in 2 short sales already, our phantom properties, is just to much headache!!

What an amazing community, feel like you are royalty when living in Frenchmans Reserve. I just went to kids night over at Frenchmans Reserve in the most beautiful dining room, what a great concept. Pizza, Pasta, and Prime Rib and then your kids go to a playroom where they are entertained by adults and play games. I actually got to eat my meal and relax and enjoy while my kids were entertained and played with the many other kids in the community. The hostess was amazing and introduced all the kids to each other and was an absolute delight. The service was great and food was delicious.
