Price Changes on Palm Beach Homes
It seems like I am always sitting around waiting for new listings to appear, but I do look at price changes as well. Some can be very good and some weak and just to get the attention of the buyer. It is always good when you have a seller to make price changes often to stay in the eyes of the buyer, but to many does get old, when the numbers are so insignificant they just annoy the buyer!
So in today’s price changes are;
837 Harbour Isles Pl in Harbour Isles which is asking $2,799,000 dropped from $3,499,000 BIG DROP!!!
322 Murcia Dr in Valencia at Abacoa which just went up in price from $825,000 to $850,000 WHAT???
2000 S A1A # 201 in Ocean Club in Jupiter (Townhome accross from the ocean) went from $700,000 to $675,000
2060 N Waterway Dr a canal front home in North Palm Beach went from $525,000 to $500,000
18537 Lakeside Gardens Dr in Palm Cove in Jupiter went from $545,000 to $495,000 (maybe worth a peak)
19538 Trails End Ter in Whistering Trails in Jupiter, from $484,900 to 479,900 this is one of those changes just to try to grab attention
1049 Diamond Head Wy in PGA National went from $459,000 to 419,900
145 Via Condado in MIrabella in Palm Beach Gardens from $420,000 to $410,000 ATTENTION grabber..
